I Have Recieved A Call/Email Stating My Parcel As Been Stopped By Customs ? 

If you receive a call or email from someone stating they are from Global Express UK Ltd and they have a parcel for you and it as been stopped by customs because it has expensive goods or money inside and you have to pay additional charges to release the parcel it is a SCAM there is no parcel - do not pay these people any money! The call or email did not come from us please read our Fraud Awareness page.

Can You Tell Me Where My Parcel Is I Gave It To The Post Office ?

When you send your parcel with the Post Office, Royal Mail or Parcelforce Global Express is a service not a company we do not deliver on there behalf.

Do I Need To Have An Account With Your Company To Send Parcels ?

You do not need to have an account with us to send parcels, for non account customers we use PayPal Secure Payments
We will send you your invoice to pay once payment is received we will book your collection and email you your labels to print off to give to the driver with your parcels

How Can I Get A Quote ?

If you require a quote please click on Request A Quote on our website and this will take you to our quote form fill out the details and press send you will normally receive your quote within 15-30mins during normal business hours 08:00 - 20:00hrs Monday to Friday - You can request a quote over the weekend you will normally receive your quote on Monday

How Do I Book A Collection ?

If you want to book a collection please click on Book A Collection on our website and this will take you to the collection form fill out all of the details and press send we cannot give you a time of when your parcel will be collected all collections are made between 08:00 - 18:00hrs Monday to Friday ( You can book a collection over the weekend but it will not be collected until Monday )

How Can I Track My Parcel ?

Your tracking number is on the printed labels that we have emailed to you, just go to Track Your Parcel on our website and enter your tracking number.

Is there any kind of shipment you don’t handle ?

We can ship any kind of package to any destination, subject to local import regulations and the following restrictions.
We are unable to transport: Money - including stocks and bonds - Explosives - including fireworks and flammable items - Human or animal corpses – including organs and body parts - Firearms, weaponry, ammunition and other dangerous goods - Perishable items such as food and beverages requiring refrigeration - Lottery tickets and other gambling materials - Personal Duty Free items - Pornographic materials - Hazardous waste such as syringes, chemical by-products or medical waste - Ice and other frozen items - Live animals, including insects - Antiques, precious metals and jewellery - Plants and plant material (cut flowers may be permitted via certain routes) - Packages that are unfit for transportation, such as wet, leaking or odorous items - Shipments that are inadequately packaged - Shipments that require Cash on Delivery - Shipments that are prohibited by law, regulation or statute.
